Ninth Hour Photography is made up of a photojournalistic and modern approach. We have our style, but also want to include yours.

We prefer to keep your photos as natural as possible and stay away from the current editing trend. If there is something specific that you want, we are willing to work with you.

It is your wedding; therefore you will have complete control. We will discuss this with you and have it worked out before the day of the wedding. If you are unsure of what you would like, we will have plenty of ideas.

Ninth Hour Photography is made up of two photographers. Michael is the primary photographer and Amy is the assistant. Both shoot photos and both are experienced.

We only commit to one wedding per weekend so that we can give you are undivided attention.

We shoot digital with Nikon camera and assorted lenses. We always travel with a backup camera for different styles of pictures and for the assurance of the photographer and the client.

You will have full rights to the images on your DVD.

The quality of your images is the most important to us. We are happy for others to take photos although if we feel that it is interfering with the quality of your photos, we will ask them to pause momentarily.

Each package states the number of hours included. The A la carte section has an option for extra hours with an hourly charge.

The photographer will be dressed professionally in dark clothing as to blend in during the ceremony and reception.

Your online image gallery will be available two weeks after your wedding. Please allow 4 weeks for your DVD of images and photo books to be delivered.

You will have the opportunity to choose your album design and choose the photos to be put into your album. If you would rather us choose the photos for you, we are happy to do that.

We like to meet with you and communicate with you beforehand so that we can be as discrete as possible on the day of your wedding. We like to have a contact person to go to (mother, bridesmaid, family member) if extra communication is necessary.

Ninth Hour Photography was born out of a love for art, design, and creativity. We love to tell the story of wedding days and produce images, books, and memories that are authentically beautiful. We are not simply looking for one perfect shot, but a series of shots that captures the moments that might otherwise have been lost.

We always visit the wedding sites in advance so that we are comfortable with the layout. We like to plan ahead for the wedding photos.

Each package specifies a certain number of hours we will shoot. When we meet to discuss specifics, we will define a schedule.

If you do not see a package that fits your needs, please contact us to design the perfect package for you.

Most of our packages include engagement photos. If the one you choose does not, you can purchase an engagement session separately.

Basic color adjustment is included in the package price. Please see our a la carte section on the pricing page for options for other corrective services.

Your online image gallery will be available two weeks after your wedding. We will send you instructions via email on how to view and purchase them. You will choose the album that you would like prior to the wedding day and shortly after your wedding, you will be contacted via email to select the photos for your album. All packages include a DVD of images that you are able to reprint as you choose.

You will receive a written contract once we have your deposit (50% of total payment).

50% of the total is due when you choose to book Ninth Hour Photography. This will secure the date and ensure that we will not book anything else on that weekend. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due seven days prior to the wedding.

If the client cancels, the deposit (50% of the total payment) is non-refundable. That amount may be used towards other photography services through Ninth Hour Photography (family portraits or wedding on another date if available).
